The project aims to provide free social support to older individuals in the Laotian community residing within the Fairfield LGA. Its primary objective is to cultivate meaningful connections among participants and empower them to live independently in their homes. By addressing crucial challenges such as social isolation and loneliness, the initiative strives to improve the quality of life for older adults while promoting their active engagement in community activities.
