Settlement Grants Project Worker (SGP) -

The SGP worker is a resource person involved in community development who can assist Khmer and mainstream organisations. The worker aims to:

• Liaise with professional workers and service providers on the needs of recently arrived Khmer migrants, refugees and humanitarian entrants, and means of providing them with equitable access to services
• facilitate and improve communication between existing and emerging Khmer organisations and workers by assisting in the establishment of appropriate organisational infrastructures
• enhancing workers and management committee members skills.
